Perfect for engines wanting quicker RPM's, LPC's 4340 Forged Steel crankshafts use a computer generated symmetrical counterweight system to reduce rotating mass. This reduces stress on the block, crank flex and overall weight while increasing horsepower and acceleration. Ideal for competition engines using medium weight components while demanding maximum performance. Standard features and benefits include: large radius on all journals, lightening holes in all rod throws, precision ground, heat treated, shot peened, chamfered oil holes and nitride hardened for superior wear resistance. All crankshafts must be balanced prior to assembly.
